Payments
If the amount you pay exceeds the then current balance on the payment date, we may either credit the excess amount to your account or reduce the amount we withdraw so that it equals the current balance as of the day we withdraw the funds.
Same Day Payments
The payment cut-off time for payments made through the mobile app is 6:00 p.m. PT. We must receive your payment request before that time on the payment date in order for it to be credited that day. However, your available credit may not be increased by the amount of your payment for up to ten (10) days.
Returned Payments
If any electronic payment is returned unpaid by your financial institution for any reason, we may charge and you agree to pay a returned payment fee if applicable under your Cardholder Agreement. You may also be charged late fees based on the terms and conditions of your Cardholder Agreement. In the case of an ACH transaction being rejected for non-sufficient funds, submission error, or other bank related return reasons you understand and agree that we may at our discretion resubmit the ACH debit transaction up to two additional times within thirty (30) calendar days. In the case of failure of an electronic debit transaction via debit card linked to your account for payment, you understand and agree that we may attempt up to four additional electronic debit transactions via that debit card within thirty (30) calendar days.
Changing or Canceling Payments
You can edit or cancel a scheduled manual payment on the mobile app up until 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the business day prior to its scheduled date. You can cancel autopay on the mobile app up until 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the business day prior to your scheduled autopay payment. For example, if your payment is scheduled for a Monday, you would need to cancel by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the preceding Friday.
